Terms of Service

GENERAL✦ You may re-post an image from me with proper credit and do not claim it as your art!
✦ I reserve the rights of canceling/declining your order If I don't feel comfortable drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way and will be refunded your full payment if I haven't start sketching. (see the refund tos).
✦ If you don't have a design yet and want to design the character/outfit/character+outfit from scratch, don't worry we can make it work, but please make sure to checkmark the design fee on the adds-on.
✦ By purchasing any of my services you are automatically accepting my terms of service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't harm any of these rules.PAYMENTS
✦ If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the payment.REVISIONS✦ 2 minor revisions are acceptable in the sketching stage and base colour stage. No more revision is accepted after we move to line art and rendering
✦ Major revisions acquire extra fee, so please be sure of your requirements before commissioning.
✦ Revisions may affect progress and timelineDEADLINES AND DELIVERY✦ You may set a deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable. The maximum time I need to finish a digital commission could take up to 2 weeks to 3 months or even more depending on how busy I am and how many commissions I currently have.
✦ If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be priority, there will be an option to purchase a rush fee depending on how fast you want it to be done.
✦ The maximum you'll have to wait for your commission without any updates is 6 months. ( in the worst case, which is not the usual but it may or may not happen)USE✦ Artist Rights
The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more unless we sign the NDA
✦ Client Rights
• Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use. Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels
• Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on
• Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist
✦ Commercial Rights
• Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites or as agreed upon
• Commercial rights means usage of Work on streams or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform
• Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited
• Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2x of the original costINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS✦ Work that is created for you is solely yours either it's personal or commercial-used and I still have the rights to post it for my portfolios unless we sign the NDA for it.REFUNDS
✦ You can't cancel and get a refund when I already started working on your piece. If you do cancel after I start sketching, your downpayment won't be refunded. (I'll refund 50% of your payment if you pay it in full)
✦ You can get a full refund when I haven't start anything/didn't give any update in 12 month or passed 2 months+ on the date we agree onCOMMUNICATION
✦ Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more
✦ Communication channels may include discord, twitter, and or facebook.
